At Pawtraced, each artwork is custom-made with love, care, and attention to detail — just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness:
Custom Artwork Policy
All sales are final. Since every piece is uniquely created based on your pet’s photo and your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
Preview and Approval: We provide a digital proof of your artwork before printing. You will have the opportunity to request minor revisions. We do not proceed with printing until you are completely satisfied with your design.
Revisions
One round of minor revisions is included free of charge (such as slight color adjustments or small detail edits).
Additional revisions or major changes (such as swapping a new photo or a full redesign) may incur an extra fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawtraced.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the mistake was on our end.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during shipping, we will assist you in tracking it down. In case it cannot be located, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase.
After 2 hours, work on your custom artwork may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.
